Four dreams. One team.

  • David Liddiard

    Chairman

David is a Ngarabal man from northern NSW and a well known passionate advocate of Indigenous Australians.

David’s invested in areas such as education, health and employment with one of NASCA's programs, ARMTour (Athletes as Role Models on Tour), taking high profile athletes out to remote communities and interacting with Indigenous communities, providing Indigenous youth with positive role models and encouraging completion of schooling and transitioning to a career. In addition to his role as founder and Chief Executive Officer of NASCA, David has spearheaded initiatives, which provide practical support to businesses large and small with workplace participation strategies for Indigenous talent. He has worked with programs at both national, state and territory levels, which focus on economic leadership development and has presented at numerous forums, conferences and events in this arena.
  • Rachel Towart

    Non-Executive Director

As a proud Wonnarura woman with a powerful personal story of the effectiveness of leadership development, Rachelle has elevated awareness of the importance of Indigenous leadership and governance capacity to the national stage.

In her eight years at the AILC Rachelle tripled revenue, recruited 10 of Australia’s leading corporations as partners, secured more than $12 million in funding, completely redeveloped the organisation’s curriculum, delivered courses in every State and Territory, secured new patrons for the Centre and twice won awards for the best small Registered Training Organisation in the ACT.
  • Melanie Carmeci

    General Counsel

Melanie is Ethan’s go‑to Legal Counsel and Company Secretary, with 15+ years in the IT industry and five years advising the executive team directly.

She brings a sharp, business-minded outlook to legal challenges—drafting clear, commercially viable contracts across cloud, managed services, digital solutions, system integration, resale, and consultancy.

Melanie strikes the right balance between enabling innovation and managing risk—handling privacy, security, governance, and compliance—while effortlessly collaborating with sales, go‑to‑market, and delivery teams to support customer-centred solutions. She’s also the driving force behind Ethan’s supplier relationships, keeping everything legally sound and aligned with broader business goals.
  • Tim Lam

    Chief Financial Officer

Tim is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with a Bachelor of Business and an MBA.

He has more than 22 years of experience in the IT industry and has worked alongside the executive team at Ethan for the past 15 years. He is instrumental in managing Ethan Indigenous’ financial and banking relationships with key suppliers.
